I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. I am a member of the Czech Bar Association and I am also listed in the Register of Providers of Assistance to Victims of Crime. I provide legal services in both Czech and English.
I have been practising law for many years and have gained valuable experience throughout my career. I represent clients in court proceedings before all levels of the judiciary, including appellate and extraordinary remedies and proceedings before the Constitutional Court. I provide criminal defence, assist victims of crime, and also handle contentious matters (litigation), including debt recovery. I provide comprehensive legal support to companies.

The fee for legal services is agreed after you provide the specific circumstances of the case and the requested service. The most common arrangement is a time-based fee charged per hour of legal work. Billing is transparent and provided on an ongoing basis so you always have an overview of costs.
How does our cooperation start?
You briefly describe your situation (by email, form or phone). Based on this information, I propose the next steps and the proposed fee. Once the fee is confirmed, I begin acting on your behalf.
